Who is the Creative Cat?

I’ve always been passionate about the arts. Even as a child, I would spend days working on the perfect birthday card for a loved one. It was only natural I take this path in my life. 

In 2005, I moved to Brantford Ontario to study Graphic Design at Mohawk College. Two years later, I came home and began my career as a graphic artist with Brunswick News.

I worked in the newspaper industry for 12 years. I got the opportunity to work on some unique projects including designing a NB based family publication and a food & drink magazine for ANBL.

I have always done side jobs for friends and family members, but had yet to branch off and go solo. Eager to design projects that reflect my personal style, I started Creative Cat Design! 

I am a foodie who likes to cook as much as I like to eat. I am a sucker for a good cup of coffee or a gin martini (depending on the time of day). Beyond that, if I need a little inspiration, you’ll find me outdoors in nature probably barefoot.
